“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员职能的泛化与回归

摘要 基于习近平总书记“育人的根本在于立德”的重要论述和高校“三全育人”综合改革的实践要求,高校辅导员存在职能泛化现象,即角色定位模糊,职责边界不明;高校思政工作整体规划不够,法治化程度有待提高;队伍配比设置不到位不科学致使辅导员工作分工失衡;学生工作的复杂性导致辅导员职能难以聚焦。实现高校辅导员职能的有效回归,可以在“大思政”格局中明确辅导员职能任务、增强主体性、提升核心能力、营造辅导员发展的良好氛围。 Based on General Secretary Xi Jin-ping's important statement that “the fundamental task of educating people lies in fostering morality”and the practical requirements of the comprehensive reform of“three-round education”in universities,there is a phenomenon of functional generalization among college counselors,namely,the role positioning is vague and the boundary of responsibilities is unclear;the overall planning of ideological and political work in universities is insufficient and the degree of rule of law needs to be improved;the imbalance in the division of labor among counselors is caused by the inadequate and unscientific setting of team ratio;the complexity of student work makes it difficult for counselors to focus on their functions.To achieve the effective return of the functions of college counselors,we can clarify the functions and tasks of counselors in the “big ideological & political education”pattern,enhance their subjectivity,improve their core competencies,and create a good atmosphere for the development of counselors.
