摘要
服务学习作为一种整合理论学习与服务实践的教学模式,在高等教育实践教学中备受关注。日本大学的服务学习在发展中积极回应国家社会需要。2014年地方振兴战略实施后,一批日本大学通过服务学习助力地方发展。通过立命馆大学、日本福祉大学、长野大学的三个典型案例研究发现,日本大学的服务学习分为课程制和项目制两种类型,通过人才供给、知识技能提供和文化传承创新等三个方面的服务实践推动地方振兴战略的实施。随着我国区域发展战略不断推进,我国大学需要承担起更多的社会责任,一些大学也正处于探索服务学习课程建设的初期阶段。研究日本大学服务学习参与地方振兴可以为我国大学参与区域城镇协调发展的服务学习建设提供借鉴和启示。
Service learning,as a teaching model that integrates theoretical learning and service practice,has attracted much attention in higher education practice teaching.Service learning in Japanese universities has developed in response to the needs of the national society.After the implementation of the local revitalization strategy in 2014,a number of Japanese universities have contributed to local development through service learning.Through three typical case studies of Ritsumeikan University,Japan University of Welfare,and Nagano University,this paper finds that the service learning of Japanese universities is divided into two types:curriculum-based and project-based,and promotes the implementation of the local revitalization strategy through the service practice in the three aspects of human resources supply,knowledge and skills provision,and cultural inheritance and innovation.With the continuous promotion of China's regional development strategy,universities in China need to assume more social responsibility,and some universities are in the early stage of exploring the construction of service-learning programs.Therefore,the study of Japanese universities' service learning participation in local revitalization can provide reference and inspiration for the service learning construction of our universities' participation in the coordinated development of regional towns and cities.
