中国式职业教育现代化的生成理路与价值向度探析 被引量:1

摘要 中国式职业教育现代化是职业教育由规模扩张转向内涵发展的全新表达,完成了传统职业教育的整体转换。就其生成理路看,中国式职业教育现代化不仅是对中华优秀职业教育思想的承续转场,而且是对马克思主义经典作家职业教育理论的系统集成,更是对中国职业教育百年探索实践的生动观照。中国式职业教育现代化以“人的全面发展”消解“德技分离”,理性复归了职业教育目标;以“优化类型定位”终结“层次教育”,科学建构了职业教育身份;以“产教融合共同体”超越“工学结合”,革新了职业教育模式;以“全民终身学习”替代“间歇性学习”,完善了服务全民终身学习的教育体系。 The modernization of Chinese vocational education is a new expression of the transformation of vocational education from scale expansion to connotation development.It completes the overall transformation of traditional vocational education.From the perspective of its generation theory,the modernization of Chinese vocational education is not only a continuation and transformation of the ideological factors of excellent vocational education in China,but also a systematic integration of Marxist classic writer’s vocational education theory,and a vivid reflection of China’s century-long exploration and practice of vocational education.The modernization of Chinese vocational education eliminates the separation of morality and technology with the goal of“comprehensive human development”to rationally return to the goals of vocational education,ends“hierarchical education”with“optimizing type positioning”to scientifically construct the identity of vocational education,surpasses the work-study integration with the community of production-education integration to innovate the vocational education model,and replaces the intermittent learning with“lifelong learning for all”to improve the education system that serves lifelong learning for all.
