The biggest advantage of big data technology is its ability to achieve personalized education.In the application of big data technology in college English teaching,we should start from two aspects as discovering personality and guiding personality.Above all,we should investigate and understand students by using big data technology to adjust the teaching process based on students’learning situation and personality,and then design personalized learning modes by following students’psychological motivation of learning and knowledge acquisition to maximize teaching efficiency.We should complete the individualized teaching evaluation in class by using real-time dynamic data evaluation mechanism to create a learning-based competitive mode in class,which can effectively optimize the quality of students’classroom acquisition while enhancing students’classroom stickiness.
