摘要
针对水平井测井井下工具下入困难的问题,设计了一款液控液驱的伸缩式水平井牵引器。提出平衡式油箱设计,来平衡掉井下压力,以液控阀控制液压油路,实现大流量液压油驱动液压缸动作,使其能在高温高压深井中实现较快移动。首先,根据牵引器的性能指标,确定了牵引器的系统组成与工作原理,完成了牵引短节、液压动力短节、电控短节的结构设计与三维建模;然后,针对牵引器锁止过程,采用力学分析方法建立了牵引力模型;最后,通过Adams软件搭建牵引器虚拟样机,进行运动模拟仿真分析得到仿真数据。结果表明,牵引器在139.7 mm套管中爬行时,能稳定提供7 500 N的牵引力。
Aiming at the difficulty of running downhole tools in horizontal well logging,a retractable horizontal well tractor with hydraulic control and hydraulic flooding is designed.The balanced tank design is proposed to balance the downhole pressure,and the hydraulic oil circuit is controlled by the hydraulic valve to realize the action of the hydraulic cylinder driven by the large flow of hydraulic oil,so that it can move quickly in the high temperature and high pressure deep well.Firstly,according to the performance index of the tractor,the system composition and working principle of the tractor were determined,and the structure design and three-dimensional modeling of the traction sub,hydraulic power sub and electronic control sub were completed.Then,according to the locking process of the tractor,the tractive force model was established by mechanical analysis method.Finally,the virtual prototype of the tractor was built by Adams software,and the simulation data was obtained through motion simulation and analysis.The results show that the tractor can provide 7500 N stable traction when crawling in 139.7 mm casing.
