摘要
从国家、地方的相关政策文献,分析数字孪生城市对CIM技术发展的推动,介绍了雄安新区在住房和城乡建设部关于城市信息模型(CIM)试点的进展及成果;然后从建设管理需求、创新应用场景、碰撞检测算法等方面阐述数字建设协同管理平台的应用,并以雄安新区雄东片区A单元的工程项目建设为试点,开展数字化建设协同管理平台在工程建设上的示范应用,在实践中形成了线上线下一体化管理、碰撞分析、模地一致性检验的创新应用场景。最后总结了雄安CIM数字化建设协同管理平台的应用成效,有效减少施工返工成本,保障工程建设周期,助力新区高质量建设、高水平管理和高质量疏解发展,促进数字孪生城市的建设与发展。
From the relevant national and local relevant policies and literature,analyze the promotion of the development of CIM technology in digital twin cities,and introduces the progress and results of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the pilot of the City Information Model(CIM)of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development;Innovative application scenarios,collision detection algorithms,etc.explain the application of digital construction collaborative management platforms,and use the construction project construction of Unit A of Xiongan New District,Xiongan New District,to carry out the demonstration application of digital construction collaborative management platforms in engineering construction.In practice,an innovative application scenario of online integrated management,collision analysis,and modular consistency inspection is formed.Finally,the application effectiveness of Xiongan CIM digital construction coordination management platform,effectively reduce the cost of construction,ensure the construction cycle of the project,help the new district's high-quality construction,high-level management,and high-quality explanation development,and promote the construction and development of digital twin cities.
