摘要
基于无锡市北尖公园净水厂基坑工程,开展EPC模式下基坑开挖专项方案绿色施工技术研究,对地下箱体基坑支撑体系、开挖方法及运输方式等进行比选,在充分考虑节能减排的基础上,确定施工方案为两道钢筋混凝土支撑的围护结构+放坡马道开挖方法,土方外运首选水运,水运受限时结合陆运,合理规划场内、场外运输路线。实施后可减少碳排放量超过648.26 t,实现绿色低碳的环保目标。
Based on the foundation pit project of water purification plant in Wuxi Beijian Park,the research on the green construction technology of the special scheme of foundation pit excavation under EPC mode is carried out,and the support system,excavation method and transportation mode of the underground box foundation pit are compared and selected.On the basis of fully considering energy saving and emission reduction,the construction scheme is determined to be two reinforced concrete supported enclosure structure+slope bridleway excavation method.Water transport is preferred for earthmoving,and land transport is combined when water transport is limited,with reasonable planning of onsite and off-site transportation routes.After implementation,it can reduce carbon emissions by more than 648.26 t and achieve green and low-carbon environmental protection goals.
