摘要
分布式光伏发电是未来能源发展的重要方向之一,分布式光伏发电对降低工商业用能成本、增加城乡居民收入、促进绿色低碳发展发挥着重要作用。文章在系统概述分布式光伏发电的定义与特点的基础上,重点分析了新能源分布式光伏发电面临的技术难题、政策环境的不确定性、系统协调问题及人才缺失问题等,并针对问题提出了加强技术创新、优化政策环境、协调优化电网结构、加强人才引进、增强相关企业的国际竞争力等具体对策建议。
As one of the emerging directions for future energy development,distributed photovoltaic power generation plays a key role in slashing industrial and commercial energy costs,boosting urban and rural residents'income,and promoting green and low-carbon development.On the basis of a systematic overview of the definition and characteristics,the article focuses on elaborating on the technical challenges faced by new energy distributed photovoltaic power generation,the uncertainty of policy environment,system coordination issues,and talent shortage issues.In the end,specific recommendations are proposed to encourage technological innovation,optimize policy environment,coordinate and optimize power grid structure,strengthen talent introduction,and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.
