适用于核酸提取仪的多轨道注射泵是一种新型注射泵,可以将少量药液通过单轨道或多轨道等多种注射方式准确、均匀、连续地泵入体内。文章根据多轨道注射泵的特点设计了一款适用于核酸提取仪的多轨道注射泵。在分析多轨道注射泵工作原理的基础上,设计了多轨道注射泵电机、泵体和柱塞泵等关键部件,并对多轨道注射泵进行了相应的传动受力分析计算,从而验证了设计的可行性。

As a new type of pump,the multi-orbital syringe can accurately,uniformly,and continuously pump a small amount of drug solution into the body through a single track or multiple tracks.According to these characteristics,the article proposes a multi-orbital syringe pump suitable for nucleic acid extractors.On the basis of expounding the working principle of the pump,key components such as the motor,pump body,and plunger pump were designed,and corresponding transmission force analysis were carried out to verify the feasibility of the design.
