基于SERVQUAL模型的佛山外来青年工作居住地选择满意度及诉求研究

A Study on the Satisfaction and Demands of Foshan Migrant Youth’s Choice of Places of Work and Residence Based on the SERVQUAL Model

对来到广东佛山青年工作居住地选择满意度及诉求展开研究,多重维度探究青年选择居住地的影响因素,探索青年选择佛山居住的满意度以及相关诉求。通过问卷调查和SERVQUAL模型分析,研究结果显示:医疗资源充足、教育水平程度、工资收入是青年选择佛山工作居住的主要考虑因素。但房价与收入水平相对合理性、第三产业的发展潜力和创新创业政策扶持力度是佛山有待加强的因素。因此,吸引外来青年的对策主要集中在优化第二产业结构、提升政府服务的便利程度、提高医疗水平服务、打造核心竞争力等方面。

Based on questionnaire and the SERVQUAL model analysis,this paper studies the work and residential area satisfaction and demands of young migrants to Foshan to explore the influencing factors of their choice of residence from multiple dimensions and further studies their residential satisfaction and related demands for choosing Foshan to live.The results show that sufficient medical resources,education level and salary are the main considerations for young people to choose Foshan to work and live.However,the relative rationality of housing prices and income levels,the development potential of the tertiary industry and the policy support for innovation and entrepreneurship are factors that need to be strengthened in Foshan.Therefore,the countermeasures to attract young migrants are mainly focused on aspects such as optimizing the structure of the secondary industry,enhancing the convenience of government services,improving medical services levels,and building core competitiveness.
