基于Ventsim的矿井通风模拟与优化研究

摘要 为解决采区封闭后风流变化问题,以开滦集团某煤矿为实例,以通风阻力测定得到的通风路线长度、通风阻力与巷道风阻等作为基础数据,依据通风系统图绘制单行线图,运用Ventsim三维通风仿真系统构建通风系统三维模型,利用仿真系统的风网解算与风流模拟功能对采区封闭方案进行模拟,最终使得井巷风量达到设计要求。结果表明,运用Ventsim三维通风仿真系统对封闭方案进行模拟后,采区总进风量减少14.35 m^(3)/s,总回风量减少12.34 m^(3)/s,矿井通风总阻力降低291.7 Pa,实现了通风系统的降阻增风。 In order to solve the problem of airflow change after the closure of the mining area,a coal mine of Kailuan Group is taken as an example,the length of the ventilation route,the ventilation resistance and the wind resistance of the roadway are measured as the basic data,the single line diagram is drawn according to the ventilation system diagram,and the three-dimensional model of the ventilation system is constructed by Ventsim three-dimensional ventilation simulation system.The function of wind network calculation and airflow simulation of the simulation system is used to simulate the closed scheme of the mining area,and finally the air volume of the roadway meets the design requirements.The results show that after the closure scheme is simulated by using Ventsim three-dimensional ventilation simulation system,the total air intake of the mining area is reduced by 14.35 m^(3)/s,the total air return is reduced by 12.34 m^(3)/s,and the total ventilation resistance of the mine is reduced by 291.7 Pa,which realizes the reduction of resistance and increase of ventilation in the ventilation system.
