CsCl对Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5)玻璃结构与性能的影响

摘要 CsCl是制备硫系微晶玻璃最常用的形核剂,本文在Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5)玻璃中添加不同含量的CsCl,通过不同的冷却方式制备玻璃试样,使用X射线衍射、红外透过光谱、差示扫描量热分析、热膨胀、拉曼光谱等测试方法,研究CsCl对Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5)玻璃结构与性能的影响。结果表明:通过盐浴冷却制备的(100-x)Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5-x)CsCl(x%=0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,质量分数)玻璃是典型的非晶态结构,并具有良好的红外透过性能;在Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5)玻璃中加入CsCl后,玻璃的长波截止波长没有明显的变化,平均线性膨胀系数明显增大,随着CsCl含量的增加,玻璃的密度、显微维氏硬度、开始析晶温度、析晶峰温度、屈服点和软化点都逐渐减小,玻璃的热稳定性能降低;随着CsCl含量的增加,玻璃中Sb—Se键的含量减少,玻璃结构堆积紧密程度降低,这也是玻璃密度和显微维氏硬度降低的原因。 CsCl is the most commonly used nucleating agent for preparing chalcogenide glass-ceramics.In this paper,different content of CsCl was added to Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5) glass,and glass samples were prepared by different cooling methods.The effect of CsCl on the structure and properties of Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5) glass was studied by X-ray diffraction,infrared transmission spectra,differential scanning calorimetry,thermal expansion and Raman spectra.The results show that(100-x)Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5-x)CsCl(x%=0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,mass fraction)glass prepared by salt bath cooling has a typical amorphous structure and good infrared transmittance.After adding CsCl into Ge_(20)Sb_(10)Se_(65)Te_(5) glass,the long-wave cut-off wavelength of the glass has no obvious change,but the average linear expansion coefficient increases obviously.With the increase of CsCl content,the density,micro Vickers hardness,initial crystallization temperature,crystallization peak temperature,yield point and softening point of the glass gradually decrease,and the thermal stability of the glass decreases.With the increase of CsCl content,the content of Sb—Se bond in glass decreases,and the packing degree of the glass structure decreases,which is also the reason for the decrease of the glass density and micro Vickers hardness.
