摘要 当前,我国工业互联网行业蓬勃发展,众多领域企业实现数字化转型升级,但是工业互联网平台后续运维和升级工作的人才短缺成为这类企业面临的现实问题。而目前的高等教育在工业互联网应用人才培养上存在滞后产业发展、学科壁垒窄化工程人才知识体系等问题,无法有效满足产业需求。文章通过分析发现现场工程师培养逻辑紧贴工业互联网应用人才的培养模式和产业需求。因此,文章提出面向产业需求,以“上游企业+学校+下游企业”的产教协同机制,以现场工程师学院为载体,跨界融合组建混编教师团队,以大工程观理念开展工业互联网应用人才的培养。 At present,China's industrial Internet industry is booming,and enterprises in various fields have achieved digital transformation and upgrading.However,the shortage of talents for the follow-up operation,maintenance and upgrading of industrial Internet platforms has become a practical problem faced by such enterprises.At the same time,the current higher education in the application of industrial Internet talents training lags behind the development of industry,and the narrowing of disciplinary barriers in engineering talent knowledge system cannot effectively meet the needs of industry.Through analysis,it is found that the cultivation logic of field engineers closely aligns with the training model and industrial needs of industrial Internet application talents.Therefore,this paper puts forward the production and education coordination mechanism of' upstream enterprise + school + downstream enterprise',which is oriented to industrial demand,takes the field engineer college as the carrier,integrates the cross-border integration to form a mixed teacher team,and carries out the cultivation of industrial Internet application talents with the concept of large engineering.
