应用型本科高校数字化资源建设现状及其对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of digital resource construction in applied undergraduate universities

推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会。高校加强数字化资源建设既是推进教育数字化的具体表现,也是满足高校师生教学与学习需要,提升高校综合办学实力的重要举措。文章首先指出了应用型本科高校在数字化资源建设方面存在的问题,缺乏统筹规划、共享意识不足、知识产权保护缺位等。最后从实践出发,提出了加强数字化资源建设的顶层规划、组建专业团队提高数字化资源建设质量,树立共建共享意识和保护知识产权意识等建议,为新时期应用型本科高校稳步推进数字化资源建设提供了理论支持。

Promoting the digitization of education and building a learning society with lifelong learning for all.Strengthening the construction of digital resources in universities is not only a concrete manifestation of promoting educational digitization,but also an important measure to meet the teaching and learning needs of university teachers and students,and to enhance the comprehensive strength of universities.The article first points out the problems in the construction of digital resources in applied undergraduate universities,such as lack of overall planning,insufficient awareness of sharing,and lack of intellectual property protection.Starting from practice,suggestions were put forward to strengthen the top-level planning of digital resource construction,form professional teams to improve the quality of digital resource construction,establish awareness of co construction and sharing,and protect intellectual property rights,providing theoretical support for the steady promotion of digital resource construction in applied undergraduate universities in the new era.
