摘要 为推动“双新”实施,学校立足五育并举,尊重学生差异,逐步建立起“333”精准教学模式,持续推进数据驱动的精准教学实践,以标准化、差异化、个性化为三个目标,以课内外精准教学干预、三主体评价伴随、多元化课程支持为三个抓手,贯通课堂正式学习、校内非正式学习、校外非正式学习三种场景,实现家校社协同育人,促进全面育人和学生个性成长。 In the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence information technology,actively promoting individualized teaching and precision teaching is an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of education and achieve educational equity.In order to promote the implementation of‘Double New',based on the‘five education'simultaneously and the respect for the differences of student individuals,the school have gradually established the“333”precision teaching model,by which the school continues to promote the data-driven precision teaching practice,with the three goals of standardization,differentiation and individuation,by the three key methods including teaching intervention in and out of class,three-subject evaluation,and diversified curriculum support.Integrating the three scenes of formal learning in class,informal learning in school and informal learning outside school,the school can realize the cooperation of family,school and community,and promote the comprehensive education and the growth of students' personality.
