摘要
劳动是中华民族的优良传统美德,在核心素养视域下,劳动教育发挥的育人功能越来越突出。《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》明确规定了劳动教育课的学科核心素养、课程内容和评价等多方面应达到的要求,对劳动教育课的实施提出了更高的标准与要求。本文选取了甘肃省L县5所农村小规模学校的师生为调查研究对象,研究核心素养视域下农村小规模学校劳动教育课程实施的现状,从对待劳动教育的意识与态度、内容和形式、课程设置与实施、师资力量建设、家庭劳动教育、劳动课程评价与学科融合等角度进行分析,提出应对措施,以促进农村小规模学校的劳动教育课落到实处,促进农村学生核心素养全面发展。
Labor is a fine traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,and under the perspective of core literacy,labor education plays an increasingly prominent function in educating people.The“Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)”clearly stipulates the requirements to be met by labor education classes in terms of disciplinary core qualities,curriculum content and evaluation,and puts forward higher standards and requirements for the implementation of labor education classes.In this paper,teachers and students from five rural small-scale schools in L County,Gansu Province were selected as the research subjects.In this paper,teachers and students from five small-scale rural schools in L County,Gansu Province,were selected as research subjects to study the current situation of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in small-scale rural schools under the perspective of core literacy,analyze it from the perspectives of the awareness and attitude toward labor education,content and form,curriculum setting and implementation,teacher building,family labor education,labor curriculum evaluation and integration,and put forward countermeasures to promote the implementation of labor education lessons in small-scale rural schools in the context of core literacy.We analyze the current situation of the implementation of labor education from the perspectives of awareness and attitude towards labor education,content and form,curriculum setting and implementation,teacher strength construction,family labor education,evaluation and integration of labor curriculum,and propose measures to promote the implementation of labor education in rural small-scale schools and the in-depth and comprehensive development of rural students' core literacy.
