摘要
在信息化的时代背景下,干部人事档案数字化成为大势所趋。文章基于SWOT模型,通过分析干部人事档案数字化外包存在的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等,探索干部人事档案数字化外包的可能性与遇到的困境及应对的策略,对干部人事档案数字化外包工作进行整体性分析.
Under the background of information age,the digitalization of cadre personnel archives has become the general trend.Based on SWOT model,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of digitalized outsourcing of cadre personnel archives,explores the possibilities,difficulties encountered and coping strategies of digitalized outsourcing of cadre personnel archives,and makes a holistic analysis on digitalized outsourcing of cadre personnel archives.
