The electronic archiving and sharing is very important work in the modern information government service affairs,but the current electronic government service still exist many defects,in order to further promote the modern information process,this paper first thoroughly analyzes the characteristics and present situation,then listed the archiving key propulsion link,hope to provide reference for related workers.
