智慧校园背景下基于区块链的高校档案管理框架设计

Design of the Archival Management Framework in Universities Based on Blockchain under the Background of Smart Campus

文章研究在智慧校园背景下,如何利用区块链技术实现高校档案管理的数字化、智能化。文章首先分析区块链技术与档案管理的高度契合性,以及在高校档案管理中的应用需求。区块链技术具有去中心化、可信赖、不可篡改、可追溯等技术特征,能有效解决档案管理中存在的权威认证、信息安全、跨域协同等问题。然后,详细阐述基于区块链的高校档案管理框架设计思路,包括总体设计原则、智能合约层、区块链层、接口层、应用层等。研究表明区块链技术可实现档案管理业务流程的重构,提高档案利用率和安全性。区块链档案管理模式是档案管理数字化发展的重要方向。文章对区块链技术如何改造高校档案管理进行较为完整地阐述,对该领域具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。

This paper studies how to use the blockchain technology to realize the digitization and intelligence of university archival management under the background of smart campus.The article firstly analyzes the high degree of compatibility between blockchain technology and archival management,as well as the demand for its application in university archival management.Blockchain technology possesses the technical characteristics of decentralization,trustworthiness,non-tampering and traceability,which can effectively solve the problems of authoritative authentication,information security and cross-domain collaboration in archival management.Then,the design ideas of blockchain-based university archival management framework are elaborated in detail,including the overall design principles,smart contract layer,blockchain layer,interface layer,application layer and so on.The study shows that blockchain technology can realize the reconstruction of archival management business process and improve the efficiency and security of archive utilization.Blockchain archival management mode is an important direction for the development of archival management digitization.This paper gives a complete description of how blockchain technology transforms the archival management in universities,which is a reference and use for reference in this field.
