摘要
相比基础研究项目促进博士生学术成长的共识,学界关于工业研究项目对博士生的影响则莫衷一是。基于社会化理论、运用质性方法探究的认知、方式和结果的研究发现,工学博士生参与工业研究项目时更多秉持被动心态,项目参与过程中面临研究方向冲突、时间竞争和成果认可难兼容等张力,引发导生关系的利益化、商业化和功利化。从社会化结果看,博士生实现了知识纵横拓展、科研能力非均衡发展,形成了效用取向科研价值观。应将通用性能力作为重要培养目标,注重遴选适量具高方向匹配度、高学术含量的工业项目对博士生进行科研训练。
Compared to the consensus that basic research projects have a promoting effect on the academic growth of doctoral students,there is no consensus in the academic community on the impact of industrial research projects on doctoral students.Based on the socialization theory of doctoral students,this research uses qualitative research methods to explore the cognition,methods,and outcomes of engineering doctoral students participating in industrial research projects.This research has found that doctoral students tend to adopt a passive attitude when participating in industrial research projects,facing various tensions such as conflicting research directions,time competition,and difficulty in recognizing results during the project participation process.This also leads to the profit,commercialization,and utilitarianism of the mentoring relationships.However,from the perspective of socialization results,doctoral students achieve vertical and horizontal expansion of knowledge,uneven development of research capabilities,and form utility oriented research values.Universities and supervisors should prioritize the cultivation of universal abilities and focus on selecting an appropriate amount of industrial research projects with high directional matching and academic content for research training of doctoral students.
