摘要
随着高职院校推进服务国家战略与地方经济社会发展需要的高水平专业群建设,专业群基层教学组织共生发展已成为一种必然要求。基于共生理论,针对专业群基层教学组织目标不统一、合作制度不健全、教研文化不完善的问题,从课程、教师和机制三个方面提出基层教学组织协同建设分析框架。专业群基层教学组织协同发展模式根据协同任务、协同过程与协同程度可以归纳为四种模式:单任务松散型(创立期)、多任务松散型(指令期)、多任务紧密型(规范期)、全任务紧密型(合作期)。为加快推进专业群基层教学组织协同发展进程,高职院校还需要优化教学共生环境和合作共生环境。
As higher vocational colleges promote the construction of high-level specialty groups that serve the needs of national strategy and local development,the collaborative development of basic teaching organization of specialty groups has become an inevitable requirement.Based on the symbiosis theory,an analysis framework for the collaborative development of basic teaching organization in terms of curriculum,teachers and mechanisms can deal with the problems of inconsistency in the goals of basic teaching organizations of specialty groups,incomplete cooperation systems and imperfect teaching and research culture.The collaborative development model of basic teaching organization of specialty groups can be summarized into four modes according to the synergistic tasks,synergistic process and the degree of synergy:single-task loose(founding period),multi-task loose(directive period),multi-task tight(normative period),and full-task tight(cooperative period).To accelerate the process of collaborative development of basic teaching organization of specialty groups,higher vocational colleges also need to optimize the pedagogical collaborative environment and cooperative collaborative environment.
