分类计量模式在军队疗养中心医疗设备计量管理中的应用

摘要 目的 为新形势下军队疗养中心医疗设备计量管理工作提供一套切实有效的保障方法。方法 分析军队疗养中心医学计量存在的问题,构建分类计量模式,采取自行检测、上级检测和地方检测相结合的方法,开展医疗设备医学计量工作,统计并分析某疗养中心2020—2023年构建分类计量模式前后计量检定设备种类、计量检定覆盖率及合格率。结果 分类计量模式实施后,设备计量受检率从2020年的84.02%增加至2021年86.23%(P=0.570)、2022年的97.44%(P<0.01)、2023年的100%(P<0.01),2022年、2023年受检率显著提高。检定合格率保持稳定,2020—2023年分别为94.37%、97.22%、97.37%、96.89%。结论 医疗设备分类计量管理模式有效降低了医疗设备使用风险和安全隐患,确保医疗设备使用安全,为军队疗养中心医疗设备计量管理工作提供借鉴。 Objective To provide a practical and effective method for the management of medical equipment calibration in military recuperation centers in the new situation.Methods The problems existing in medical metrology in military recuperation centers were analyzed,a classified management model was established,and the method of combining self-testing,superior testing and local testing was adopted to carry out medical metrology work for medical equipment.statistics and analyze the types of measurement and verification equipment,the coverage rate and qualification rate of measurement and verification before and after the construction of the classified measurement model in a convalescence center from 2020 to 2023.Results After the implementation of the classified management mode,the inspection rate of equipment increased from 84.02%in 2020 to 86.23%in 2021(P=0.570),97.44%in 2022(P<0.01),100%in 2023(P<0.01),and the inspection rate increased significantly in 2022 and 2023.The qualification rate remained stable.it was 94.37%in 2020,97.22%in 2021,97.37%in 2022 and 96.89%in 2023.Conclusion The classified measurement management model of medical equipment effectively reduces the risk and safety hazard of medical equipment,guarantee the secure utilization of medical equipment,and provide reference for the measurement management of medical equipment in military recuperation centers.
