高水平工科大学举办职业技术师范教育的生成逻辑、现实挑战与实践进路

摘要 高水平工科大学举办职业技术师范教育是彰显职业技术师范教育特征的内在要求、是建设现代职业教育教师培养体系的历史必然、是建设高质量职教师资队伍的实践要求,同时也面临着职业技术师范教育地位弱化、组织身份认同不足、工科教育与师范教育融合存在困境等现实挑战。引导高水平工科大学举办职业技术师范教育,具体实践路径是:加强职教师资队伍建设,提高职业技术师范教育吸引力;增强组织身份认同,激发主体参与积极性;把握三性时代特征,探索人才培养模式;多元主体合作参与,构建人才培养网络。 The holding of vocational and technical teacher education by high-level engineering universities is an intrinsic requirement to highlight the characteristics of vocational and technical teacher education,a historical necessity to build a modern vocational education teacher training system,and a practical requirement to build a high-quality VET teacher team;but at the same time,it is also facing the real challenges of the weakened status of vocational and technical teacher education,the lack of organizational identity,and the dilemmas of integrating engineering education and teacher education.Therefore,in order to guide high-level engineering universities to organize vocational and technical teacher education,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of VET teachers and improve the attractiveness of vocational and technical teacher education,enhance the organizational identity and stimulate the enthusiasm of the main body to participate in it,grasp the characteristics of the era of trinity and explore the mode of talent cultivation,and build a network of talent cultivation through cooperation and participation of multiple main bodies,so as to push forward the construction of a modern vocational and technical teachereducation system.
