增强党员参与党内法规执行是推进依规治党向纵深发展、提升党内法规执行力的关键举措。党员参与党内法规执行是党员行使参与权的重要体现,也是党内法规执行的必然要求。目前党员参与党内法规执行尚存在部分党员参与认知偏误、制度规范建设不足、机制保障力度薄弱、参与方式渠道滞后等问题。通过激活党员参与意识、完善制度规范、形成机制合力、增进技术赋能等方式,可以从整体上拓展党员参与党内法规执行的深度与广度。
