含有复合多肽的精华液改善皮肤衰老的功效研究

摘要 目的:研究含有复合多肽的精华液对于衰老皮肤的改善效果。方法:通过体外人成纤维细胞(Humanskin fibroblast,HFS)细胞增殖实验、HFS中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白含量测定实验来观察其抗衰效果。人体评价采用随机双盲、自身左右、阴性对照试验。选取30名受试者,每日早晚分别使用试验样品和对照样品,分别在基线(D0)、第14天(D14)、第28天(D28)进行皮肤弹性值[皮肤粘弹性值(VE值)、皮肤杨氏弹性模量(E值)和皮肤回缩时间(R值)]测量、VISIA面部拍照和皮肤超声检测。第28天(D28)进行受试者主观评价。结果:体外实验结果显示试验样品具有显著促进HSF活力和Ⅰ型胶原蛋白生成的作用。人体评价结果显示,在使用试验样品和对照样品第28天后,试验侧皮肤弹性值与D0相比有明显改善(P<0.001);试验侧皮肤的毛孔计数值在D14、D28均低于基线值(P<0.001),而对照侧不同时间点皮肤弹性值和毛孔计数值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。皮肤超声观察结果显示,与D0相比,D28试验侧皮肤真皮层内高回声区域显著增加,真皮层密度提升,有效率为90%,优于对照侧。受试者主观评价显示,使用试验样品和对照样品28 d(D28)后,两侧皮肤水润度、细纹均有改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验侧皮肤紧实度、弹性改善程度明显优于对照侧(P<0.05)。结论:试验样品能显著提升HFS活力,促进Ⅰ型胶原生成,显著改善面部皮肤弹性值,显著减小面部毛孔,增加真皮层密度,有助于改善皮肤衰老。 Objective To observe the effect of serum containing complex peptides on aging skin.Methods In vitro experiments,human skin fibroblast(HSF)cell proliferation experiment and determination of typeⅠcollagen content in HSF.In humans,a randomized,double-blind,self-controlled trial with negative control was performed.Thirty subjects were selected,and the test product which contains complex peptides and control product without complex peptides were used in the morning and evening.Skin elasticity measurements,VISIA photography and skin ultrasound measurements were performed at baseline(D0),day 14(D14)and day 28(D28).Subject subjective evaluation was performed on day 28(D28).Results In vitro experiment showed that the test sample could significantly promote the activity of human skin fibroblast(HSF)and the generation of typeⅠcollagen.The results of human evaluation showed that the skin elasticity of the test side was significantly improved compared with that of D0(P<0.001)after 28 days of using the test sample and the matching product.Poreometer values of skin on the test side were lower than baseline values in D14 and D28(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the properties and poreometer values at different time points in the control group(P>0.05).According to the skin ultrasound observation,after 28 days,compared with the baseline(D0),the high-echo area in the dermis of the skin on test side was significantly increased,the dermis density was increased,and the effective case rate was 90%,which was significantly better than the control side.Subject subjective evaluation showed that after 28 days,skin moisture and small wrinkles on both sides were improved compared with baseline value(D0)and without significant difference(P>0.05),skin firmness and elasticity on the test side were significantly better than those on the control side(P<0.05).Conclusion The test samples can significantly enhance the HFS activity,promote the generation of type I collagen,significantly improve the elasticity of facial skin,significantly reduce facial pores,increase dermal density,and help to improve skin aging.
