鞣花酸对猪流行性腹泻病毒感染仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响

Effects of Ellagic Acid on Growth Performance,Blood Biochemical Indices and Antioxidant Function of Piglets Infected with Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus

摘要 本试验旨在探究鞣花酸(EA)对猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)感染仔猪生长性能、血浆生化指标和血清抗氧化功能的影响。选取30头健康的7日龄三元杂交(杜×长×大)哺乳仔猪,按体重相近原则随机分为对照组、PEDV组和PEDV+EA组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。所有处理组仔猪每天正常饲喂液体代乳粉,为期11 d。试验前3 d为仔猪适应期,第4~10天(除第8天)给PEDV+EA组仔猪灌服以液体代乳粉为溶剂的EA,灌服剂量为20 mg/kg BW,其他处理组灌服等体积的液体代乳粉;第8天给PEDV组和PEDV+EA组仔猪灌服1mL 1×10^(6)TCID_(50)的PEDV病毒液;在第11天早上进行前腔静脉采血,随后屠宰取样。结果显示:与对照组相比,PEDV感染降低了仔猪平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),提高了仔猪腹泻腹泻指数(P<0.05),此外还提高了仔猪血浆尿素氮水平(P<0.05),降低了碱性磷酸酶活性、无机磷、高密度脂蛋白水平以及血清过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05)。与PEDV组相比,灌服EA提高了仔猪血浆总蛋白水平和血清SOD活性(P<0.05),降低了血浆总胆红素水平(P<0.05),但对仔猪ADG和腹泻指数无显著影响。以上结果表明,EA对PEDV感染仔猪的蛋白合成代谢具有一定改善作用,并在一定程度上缓解了PEDV感染导致的仔猪氧化应激,同时具有保护肝脏的作用。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of ellagic acid(EA)on growth performance,plasma biochemistry indices,and serum antioxidant function in piglets infected with porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).Thirty healthy 7-day-old ternary crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)piglets were divided into control group,PEDV group,and PEDV+EA group according to the principle of similar body weight,with 10 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.All piglets were normally fed liquid artificial milk every day.The experiment lasted for 11 d,of which the first 3 days were the adaptation period.Piglets in the PEDV+EA group were given EA with liquid artificial milk as the solvent at a dose of 20 mg/kg BW on d 4~10(except day 8),while the other groups were given equal volume of liquid artificial milk.On d 8,piglets in the PEDV and PEDV+EA groups were given 1 mL of 1×10^(6)TCID_(50)PEDV solution.Venous blood was collected in the morning of d 11,followed by slaughter and collecting tissue samples.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,PEDV infection decreased the average daily weight gain(ADG)(P<0.05),but increased the diarrhea index of piglets(P<0.05).In addition,PEDV infection increased blood urea nitrogen level(P<0.05),while decreased the alkaline phosphatase activity,the levels of phosphorus and high-density lipoprotein,as well as the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum in piglets(P<0.05).Compared with the PEDV group,EA administration increased the plasma total-protein level and serum SOD activity(P<0.05),while decreased the plasma total bilirubin level(P<0.05).However,EA had no significant effect on ADG and diarrhea index of piglets.In conclusion,our results showed that EA improved protein synthesis and metabolism in piglets infected with PEDV,alleviated oxidative stress induced by PEDV challenge,and enhanced the health of liver to some extent.
