不同温度处理对野罂粟丸粒化种子发芽率的影响

摘要 罂粟种子体积小、质量小,导致其在农业生产中存在播种效率低、种子浪费严重等问题。种子丸粒化技术能够改变种子形状、扩大种子体积,使得小粒种子能够实现机械化精量播种;同时,实现种子带肥、带药下田,提高种子的抗性等。为此,本试验通过对不同倍数的罂粟丸粒化种子进行发芽试验的测定和大田种植,从而筛选出最适的罂粟种子丸粒化倍数为3倍处理。同时,探讨了工厂化烘烤车间野罂粟丸粒化种子适宜的安全操作温度,进行了不同温度处理对野罂粟丸粒化种子的影响试验,试验得出,要保证野罂粟丸粒化种子发芽率不受影响,野罂粟丸粒化种工厂化烘烤车间在加热50 min以内时,加热温度应控制在50℃以内。 The small size and small quality of Papaver somniferum L.seeds lead to low seeding efficiency and serious waste of seeds in agricultural production.The seed pelleting technology has the purpose of changing the shape of seeds and expanding the volume of seeds.This enables small seeds to achieve mechanized precision seeding.At the same time,it can realize the functions of bringing fertilizer and medicine into the field to improve the resistance of seeds.For this reason,this experiment screened out the most suitable Papaver somniferum L.seed pelleting multiple for 3 times treatment through the determination of germination test and field planting of different multiple of Papaver somniferum L.pelleted seeds.At the same time,the appropriate safe operating temperature of the Papaver somniferum L.pelleted seeds in the factory baking workshop was discussed,and the effects of different temperature treatments on the Papaver somniferum L.pelleted seeds were tested.Results showed that if the germination rate of the Papaver somniferum L.pelleted seeds was not affected,the heating temperature of the Papaver somniferum L.pelleted seeds in the factory baking workshop should be controlled within 50℃when heating for less than 50 minutes.
