摘要
康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)是基于瘤胃降解特征的饲料营养价值评价体系,在世界范围内应用广泛,引入我国后经30年研究取得了一定进展,但普及率仍然较小,我国CNCPS数据库并不丰富。鉴于此,本文主要综述了CNCPS在饲料营养价值评价中的应用、CNCPS预测反刍动物生产性能的相关研究进展,旨在推动我国CNCPS的应用和进一步完善数据库,为CNCPS体系在饲料营养评价中的应用和研究提供科学参考和理论依据。
Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS)is a feed nutritional value evaluation system based on rumen degradation characteristics,which is widely used in the world and has made some progress after its introduction into China in the past 30 years.This paper summarizes the research results of CNCPS at home and abroad,aiming to provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for researchers in the application of feed nutrition CNCPS evaluation system.
