基于计划行为理论的男男性行为者Rush戒除意向的影响因素研究

Intention to quit Rush among men who have sex with men and its influencing factors based on the theory of planned behavior

目的基于计划行为理论,探究MSM中涉药性行为者戒除Rush意向的影响因素,明确Rush行为干预措施的重点人群,为干预的设计和实施提供参考。方法2021年10月到2022年1月,采用现场问卷调查方式收集成都市MSM的基本情况、性行为学特征、Rush使用情况及戒除意向、基于计划行为理论的Rush戒除相关理论要素等变量进行描述性统计分析,并计算计划行为理论各相关理论要素的Cronbach's alpha系数,采用单因素分析及多因素分析探索涉药性行为亚群Rush戒除意向的影响因素。结果共纳入184名过去6个月使用过Rush的MSM,其中31.5%计划在未来6个月戒除Rush。多因素分析结果显示,有固定性伴(ORm:0.35,95%CI:0.17~0.76)、使用过多种毒品(ORm:0.35,95%CI:0.15~0.86)、更大的Rush使用量(少量,ORm:0.43,95%CI:0.19~0.96;一般及以上,ORm:0.35,95%CI:0.14~0.90;参考组:很少量)与Rush戒除意向呈负相关。除主观规范(ORm:0.70,95%CI:0.57~0.85),基于计划行为理论的Rush戒除其他理论要素与Rush戒除意向无统计学关联。结论MSM涉药性行为亚群的Rush戒除意向较低。MSM的同伴支持环境和对Rush使用的积极态度与戒除Rush的意向相关。

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the factors influencing the intention to quit Rush among the chemsex subgroup of men who have sex with men(MSM)based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB),so as to identify the key populations for Rush behavior intervention,and provide references for the design and implementation of targeted interventions.Methods From October 2021 to January 2022,an on-site questionnaire was used to collect variables such as the basic situation of MSM in Chengdu,sexual behavioral characteristics,Rush use and intention to quit,and theoretical elements related to Rush cessation based on the TPB for descriptive statistical analysis,and Cronbach's alpha coefficients were calculated for each relevant theoretical element of the TPB.Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to investigate the factors influencing Rush withdrawal intentions in chemsex subgroups of MSM.Results A total of 184 MSM who had used Rush in the past 6 months were included in this study,of which 31.5%planned to quit Rush in the next 6 months.The results of multivariate analysis indicated that having a fixed sexual partner[multivariate odds ratio(ORm):0.35,95%CI:0.17-0.76)],polydrug use(ORm=0.35,95%CI:0.15-0.86),and greater amounts of Rush use(small amount,ORm:0.43,95%CI:0.19-0.96;moderate or more,ORm:0.35,95%CI:0.14-0.90;reference group:very small amount)were negatively correlated with the intention to quit Rush.Other theoretical elements of quitting Rush based on the TPB,except for subjective norms(ORm:0.70,95%CI:0.57-0.85),had no significant statistical association with the intention to quit Rush.Conclusions The intention to quit Rush among the chemsex subgroup of MSM is low.The supportive environment of MSM peers and the positive attitudes toward Rush use were significantly associated with lower intention of Rush quitting.
