我国男性HPV感染情况研究进展

Research progress on HPV infection among men in China

HPV感染是一种常见性传播疾病,在人群中普遍存在,影响生殖系统健康。目前对女性HPV感染的调查研究相对集中,而HPV感染给男性健康带来的不良影响也不容忽视。本文对普通男性、门诊就诊男性、男男性行为群体(包括HIV阳性和阴性)和特殊男性五类人群的HPV检出率分别进行综述,分析我国男性HPV感染情况,为制定更有效的防治策略提供理论依据。

Human papillomavirus(HPV)infection is a common sexually transmitted disease that is prevalent among populations that affects the reproductive system.While the investigation and research on HPV infection in women is relatively focused,the adverse effects of HPV infection on men's health cannot be ignored.This article reviews HPV detection rates in five men populations:the general men population,men outpatients,men who have sex with men(MSM)(including both HIV-positive and negative individuals),and specific subgroups of men,and analyzes the HPV infection situation among men in China,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for the development of more effective prevention and control strategies.
