苏东剧变以后,国外共产党就如何坚持马克思主义,在本土化与“国际主义”问题上产生了分歧。虽然有少数国外共产党对马克思主义本土化持质疑与否定的态度,但是绝大多数共产党依然从历史、现实、认识、实践的角度,明确了结合具体国情推进马克思主义本土化,探索适合本国特色的社会主义发展道路的重要性,并在理论创新与实践探索上取得了丰硕成果,开创了马克思主义在21世纪发展的新图景,对推动世界社会主义振兴具有重要意义。21世纪国外共产党对马克思主义本土化的探索,是当代马克思主义研究的重要内容,对这一问题的研究也是准确把握世界社会主义发展动向及前景的必然要求。

After the dramatic changes in the Soviet Union,foreign communist parties have been divided between localisation and"internationalism"on how to adhere to Marxism.Although a few foreign communist parties question and deny the localization of Marxism,however,from the perspectives of history,reality,understanding and practice,the vast majority of foreign communist parties have realized the importance of indigenizing Marxism and exploring the road of socialist development suited to the of their own countries in light of specific national conditions,and have achieved fruitful results in theoretical innovations and practical explorations,creating a new picture for the development of Marxism in the 21st century,which is of great significance in promoting the revitalization of socialism in the world.The exploration of localization of Marxism by foreign Communist parties in the 21st century is an important content of contemporary Marxism research,and the study of this issue is also an inevitable requirement for accurately grasping the trend and prospect of the development of world socialism.
