硫酸钙与腐植酸配施对大蒜产量及土壤性质的影响

摘要 为明确河南蒜区大蒜生产和碱性潮土改良最佳措施,设常规施肥(CK)、常规施肥+硫酸钙(T1)、常规施肥+腐植酸(T2)、常规施肥+硫酸钙+腐植酸(T3)的处理,研究了不同施肥方式对大蒜产量、叶片抗氧化能力、土壤酶活性、土壤结构的影响,分析了不同施肥方式对大蒜产量和碱性潮土改良的效果。结果表明,在常规施肥的基础上配合施用硫酸钙与腐植酸,能显著提高叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,增强土壤酶活性,对团粒直径>0.25mm土壤水稳性团聚体的形成有促进作用,效果优于CK、T1、T2;T3大蒜产量达15620.95 kg·hm^(-2),比当地常规施肥极显著增产11.97%。综上所述,硫酸钙与腐植酸配施对河南蒜区的大蒜产量和土壤性质的改善具有较好的效果。 In order to clarify the best garlic production and alkaline soil improvement measures in Henan garlic region,four treatments were tested,including conventional fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization+calcium sulfate(T1),conventional fertilization+humic acid(T2),and conventional fertilization+calcium sulfate+humic acid(T3).The effects of different fertilization methods on garlic yield,leaf antioxidant capacity,soil enzyme activity,and soil structure,and their effects on garlic yield and alkaline soil improvement were studied.The results showed that,on the basis of conven-tional fertilization,the combination of calcium sulfate and humic acid application(T3)significantly increased the activi-ties of SOD,POD,and CAT in garlic leaves,enhanced soil enzyme activity,and promoted the formation of soil water stable aggregates with a diameter greater than 0.25 mm,with better effects than CK,T1 and T2.The garlic yield of T3 reached 15620.95 kg·hm^(-2),an increase in yield of 11.97%compared to CK.In summary,the combination of calcium sulfate and humic acid has a good effect on improving garlic yield and soil quality in the garlic region of Henan province.
