难变形钛合金的锻造缺陷及预防

Forging defects and prevention on difficult-to-deform titanium alloy

摘要 难变形钛合金在锻造生产过程中极易产生各种锻造缺陷,严重影响生产效率和产品质量。首先,对其产生的开裂、心部晶粒粗大、细晶亮带、明显变形流线和阴阳面5种典型的锻造缺陷实例进行了描述。其次,通过追溯其生产工艺及加热、锻造、中间检验等相关过程,并采用目视、金相和超声探伤等检测方法对上述锻造缺陷产生的原因,从材料本身特性和工艺过程等方面进行了多角度分析。最后,在此基础上,针对性提出了上述锻造缺陷的解决及预防措施,并对相关实施效果进行跟踪验证。结果表明:锻造缺陷的产生原因分析合理,采取的纠正预防措施有效,有力促进了难变形钛合金锻造水平和产品质量的不断提升。 Difficult-to-deform titanium alloys are prone to have various forging defects during the forging production process,which seri-ously affects the production efficiency and the product quality.Firstly,the five typical forging defects such as cracking,coarse grain in the core,bright bands of fine grains,obvious deformation streamlines and Yin and Yang surfaces were described,then by tracing its produc-tion process and heating,forging,intermediate inspection and other related processes,the causes of forging defects were analyzed from multiple angles such as material properties,production process and other aspects by visual,metallographic examination and ultrasonic flaw inspection and so on.Finally,on this basis,the measures to solve and prevent the above-mentioned forging defects were proposed,and the relevant implementing effects were tracked and verified.The results show that the cause analysis of forging defects is reasonable,and the corrective and preventive measures are effective,which effectively promotes the continuous improvement of the forging level and prod-uct quality of difficult-to-deform titanium alloys.
