多孔结构Ti_(3)SiC_(2)材料的制备工艺研究

摘要 以Ti_(3)SiC_(2)粉末为原料,聚乙烯亚胺为分散剂,去离子水为分散介质,聚氨酯海绵为多孔模板,系统地研究了分散剂对浆料pH的影响以及pH对Ti_(3)SiC_(2)水基浆料稳定性的影响。采用有机浸渍法制备多孔Ti_(3)SiC_(2)预制体,对多孔Ti_(3)SiC_(2)材料孔隙率和物相进行分析,可知水基浆料中含质量分数为30%的Ti_(3)SiC_(2)样品的性能最佳,其总孔隙率为66%,比表面积为90%,材料以闭口型小孔为主。 Using Ti_(3)SiC_(2) powder as raw material,polyethyleneimine as dispersant,deionized water as dispersion medium,and polyurethane sponge as porous template,the influence of dispersant on pH of slurry and the influence of pH on stability of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) water-based slurry were systematically studied.Porous Ti_(3)SiC_(2) preforms were prepared by organic impregnation method.Porosity and phase analysis of porous Ti_(3)SiC_(2) materials were carried out.When the mass fraction of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) sample in water-based slurry was 30%,the performance was the best.Its total porosity is 66%,specific surface area is 90%,and the material is mainly closed pores.
