8位不同取代基氟硼染料纳米颗粒的制备与性质研究

摘要 合成了三种8位分别为四苯乙烯基、蒽甲基和二溴苯甲基的氟硼染料(BDP)衍生物BDP-Ar,BDP-En及BDP-Br,采用核磁共振、紫外光谱和荧光光谱对三种氟硼染料的结构以及光物理性质进行了表征。通过添加表面活性剂磷脂-甲氧基聚乙二醇(DSPE-PEG2000),包覆制备了三种氟硼染料纳米颗粒,并采用动态光散射和透射电镜测定了氟硼染料纳米颗粒的粒径大小、分散程度以及颗粒形貌。 Three fluoroboron dipyrrole(BDP)derivatives BDP-Ar,BDP-En and BDP-Br with tetrastyryl,anthracenyl and dibromophenylmethyl at the 8 position were synthesized,and the structures as well as the photophysical properties of the three fluoroboron dipyrrole derivatives were characterized by NMR,UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The three fluoroboron dipyrrole derivatives nanoparticles were prepared by coating with the surfactant phospholipid-me⁃thoxy polyethylene glycol(DSPE-PEG2000),and the particle size,degree of dispersion and particle morphology of the nanoparticles were determined by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy.
