摘要
气凝胶复合制品在热力管网中应用优势极大,气凝胶与纤维材料复合改变了原材料的传热行为,增强了传热效果。通过对换热站供热主管道的保温理论计算数据、实际测量数据的分析,展示了气凝胶复合保温材料在换热站应用的节能效果,并建立气凝胶传热行为的数学模型,通过有限元分析软件对模型参数进行计算,为管道保温计算提高有效的理论基础。
Aerogel composite products have great advantages in heat pipe networks.Aerogel-fiber composites can change the heat transfer capacity of raw materials and enhance heat transfer.Through an analysis on theoretical calculations and measured values of heat insulation of main heat pipes in a heat exchange station,the energy-saving effect of aerogel composite insulation materials in the heat exchange station was demonstrated.In addition,a mathematical model of aerogel heat transfer was established,and its parameters were calculated with finite element analysis software,thus providing an effective theoretical basis for better pipe insulation calculation.
