摘要
为了提高大型场馆场地的利用率,降低排水管道对整个场馆设计效果的影响,针对采用大直径钢管柱做结构支撑的大型场馆建筑,提出利用钢管柱内的空间布置不锈钢排水管道,并对钢管柱与排水管道集成设计、细部构造、施工方法、防腐措施等进行了介绍。通过项目应用表明,所建议的方法解决了钢管柱内排水管道吊装稳定性、排水管道与结构柱防腐等难题,同时解决了大型场馆整体设计艺术效果与排水管道分散布置的矛盾,扩大了场馆建筑的使用空间,综合效益良好。
In order to increase the utilization rate of large venues and reduce the impact of drainage pipes on the overall design effect of venues,stainless steel drainage pipes are proposed for large-diameter steel pipe columns as structural supports of large venues.In addition,the integration design,detailed structure,construction method,anticorrosion measures and other aspects of steel pipe columns and drainage pipes are introduced.Applications in projects show that the proposal is a solution to issues of drainage pipes inside steel pipe columns,including the lifting stability and anticorrosion of drainage pipes and structural columns.It is also a solution to the contradiction between the overall design effects of large venues and scattered layout of drainage pipes.In addition to the expansion of the available space in venues,the proposal also has better comprehensive benefits.
