APPLICATION OF NOVAPAVE SUPER-ADHESIVE FINISH IN HIGHWAY REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

随着高速公路的快速发展,公路网日益成熟,在已运营的高速公路修复和预性养护中,利用“四新”技术延长使用寿命是一种新趋势。通过对贵都高速隧道内路面产生的病害原因分析及病害处置,重点对隧道内使用NovaPave超粘精罩面的原材料、施工方法、混合料的配合比设计以及施工过程中易出现的质量问题、改进措施等进行总结,可为类似工程施工提供参考。

With the rapid development of highways and increasing mature highway network,the use of new technologies,new processes,new materials and new equipment to extend the service life of highways has become a new trend in repair and preventive maintenance of highways in operation.By defect analysis and handling of the pavements inside tunnels along the Guiyang-Duyun Highway,a summary was made on possible quality problems and improvement measures in the mix ratio design and construction of raw materials,construction methods and admixtures of the NovaPave super-adhesive finish,thus providing a reference for construction of similar projects.
