摘要 钢箱梁具有结构轻、强度高、跨度大、成桥造型美观等优点。结合国道109新线高速工程灵山互通D匝道桥上跨张家庄2号大桥工程项目施工,围绕钢箱梁节段划分、机械选型、吊装要点、钢梁焊接等方面进行分析和研究,可为今后类似工程施工提供有益借鉴。 Steel box girders have the advantages of light structure,high strength,large span,and beautiful bridge shape.In conjunction with the over-crossing Zhangjiazhuang Bridge 2 above the interchange ramp D in the new expressway of the National Highway 109,analysis and research were conducted in terms of the steel box girder sections,machine selection,hoisting requirements,steel girder welding and other factors,providing a useful reference for similar projects in the future.
