多层框架钢结构施工技术

摘要 多层框架钢结构一般由梁、柱、支撑结构等组成,其施工特点为“高、重、大、难”。而多层框架钢结构已发展为工业建筑领域的新类型,多用于冶炼、石化项目中的各种设备框架,并且框架钢结构具有良好的安全稳定性能、施工周期短、建筑平面布置灵活等优点。结合参建的冶炼项目,通过框架柱制作、箱型柱下料、箱型柱组装、箱型柱焊接、箱型柱节点组装及焊接,详细分析框架结构安装,对多层框架钢结构的施工过程进行分析,为今后多层框架钢结构施工提供理论参考。 The multi-layer frame steel structure is generally composed of beams,columns,supporting structures,etc.,and its construction characteristics are"high,heavy,large and difficult".The multi-layer frame steel structure has developed into a new type in thefield of industrial construction,which is mostly used in various equipment frames in smelting and petrochemical projects,and the frame steel structure has the advantages of good safety and stability performance,short construction period andflexible building layout.Combined with the smelting projects involved,through the production of frame columns,the blanking of box columns,the assembly of box columns,the welding of box columns,the assembly and welding of box columns,the installation of frame structures is analyzed in detail,and the construction process of multi-layer frame steel structures is analyzed,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of multi-layer frame steel structures in the future.
