城市狭窄环境空间高层群体建筑施工组织技术研究及应用

摘要 某工程项目基坑开挖深度大,地下水位高,施工空间狭窄,场区地下管网分布广,周边有运营的轻轨线路和密集的既有建筑。针对该工程的地质情况和施工环境状况,重点对狭窄环境空间内高层群体建筑关键环节施工组织技术进行分析研究,形成技术成果,提出施工中应注意的问题,并将研究成果应用于后续施工过程,为实现深基坑群体建筑施工组织技术的改进提供借鉴。 The foundation pit excavation of a project has a large depth,high groundwater level,narrow construction space,wide underground pipe network in the field area,and surrounding operating light rail lines and dense existing buildings.In view of the geological situation and construction environment of the project,this paper focuses on the construction organization technology of the key links of high-rise groups in the narrow environmental space,forms the technical achievements,presents the relevant problems that should pay attention to in the construction,and applies the research results to the subsequent construction process,so as to realize the continuous improvement of the deep foundation pit group construction organization technology.
