装配式地下综合管廊结构设计研究

摘要 为了解结构管廊的承载能力、装配化技术及施工方法,结合某综合管廊设计要求、实际工况及地质条件,对某地下管廊综合功能区进行装配式管廊结构设计、荷载计算及强度校核。基于ABAQUS软件,建立钢板混凝土管廊节段足尺模型,分析钢混结构受力性能。仿真结果表明:结构分块在两倍荷载作用下整体最大变形为0.48mm,最大应力为23.97MPa,具有较高的安全余量,满足设计要求。 Steel-concrete composite wall is formed by pouring concrete into steel structure.The steel structure is able to prevent cracks and corrosion in concrete.The inner concrete increases load capacity of the wall by imposing out-of-plane constraints.Taken design requirements,field and geological conditions of one comprehensive pipe gallery function zone as an example,this paper conducted structure design,load calculation and strength check.Based on ABAQUS finite software,segmental full-scale model of steel-concrete pie gallery was established and performance of steel-concrete structure under load was analyzed.The simulation results showed maximum overall deformation and maximum stress of structure chunking under double load was 0.48 mm and 23.97 MPa respectively.The structure met the design requirements and had a high margin of safety.
