摘要
大体积混凝土浇筑是LNG储罐基建筑的关键环节,其在养护期间会释放出大量的水泥水化热,并在内外环境的共同作用下形成巨大的拉伸拉应力,并伴随着与之相对应的混凝土的拉伸强度,导致结构的整体性、防水性及耐久性等性能降低。结合某公司液化天然气储存与运输工程的贮罐地基工程,对其建造过程进行系统研究,并对所制订的施工方法进行科学、实用的检验,提出相应的防治对策,以期为我国未来的重大仓储、运输、储存等工程建设过程中的质量监控与管理工作奠定理论与实践基础。
Large volume concrete pouring is a key link in the construction of LNG storage tank foundations.During the curing period,it releases a large amount of cement hydration heat,which forms huge tensile stress under the joint action of the internal and external environment.Along with the corresponding tensile strength of concrete,it leads to a decrease in the overall integrity,waterproofing,and durability of the structure.Based on the foundation engineering of the liquefied natural gas storage and transportation project of a company,a systematic study is conducted on its construction process,and the formulated construction methods are scientifically and practically tested.Corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed,in order to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for quality monitoring and management in the construction process of major warehousing,transportation,storage and other engineering projects in China's future.
