盾构机长时间停机风险分析及规避研究

摘要 在盾构隧道施工过程中,由于各方面原因,盾构机可能出现长时间停机,而长时间停机容易造成盾构机沉陷、铰接油缸回缩困难、复推困难等问题。为规避这些风险,以某工程为例,通过分析停机风险,从停机准备工作、停机流程、停机期间工作等方面,总结正常掘进停机过程中的风险规避措施,并从机内措施、监控测量措施等方面介绍二次组装停机过程中的风险规避措施。实践表明,施工中各类措施行之有效,保证了工程项目顺利施工。 In the process of shield tunnel construction,due to various reasons,the shield machine may be shut down for a long time,and the long-term shutdown is easy to cause problems such as the subsidence of the shield machine,the difficulty of retracting the hinged cylinder,and the difficulty of repushing.In order to avoid these risks,taking a project as an example,by analyzing the shutdown risk,the risk avoidance measures in the normal tunneling shutdown process are summarized from the aspects of shutdown preparation,shutdown process,and work during shutdown,and the risk avoidance measures in the process of secondary assembly shutdown are introduced from the aspects of in-machine measures,monitoring and measurement measures,etc.Practice shows that various measures in the construction are effective to ensure the smooth construction of the project.
