摘要
传统的墙体隔热性能差,导致建筑的保温效果差。提出ALC墙板在EPC扩建学校项目中的应用及质量控制。确定ALC管卡的初始应力,它直接影响到ALC墙板的安装位置和精度;安装前选择好ALC墙板的合适安装位置,安装时产生的误差可能会导致墙板的稳定性和承重能力下降,检测安装误差;在没有误差后,控制ALC板墙裂缝。试验结果表明,ALC墙板的隔热性能好,在EPC扩建学校项目的建筑中保温效果好,具有应用价值。
Due to the poor thermal insulation performance of traditional walls,the insulation effect of buildings is poor.therefore,the application and quality control of ALC wall panels in the EPC expansion project of schools are proposed.Determine the initial stress of the ALC pipe clamp,which directly affects the installation position and accuracy of the ALC wall panel.Choose the appropriate installation position for the ALC wall panel before installation.errors during installation may lead to a decrease in the stability and load-bearing capacity of the wall panel,check for installation errors;after no error,control the cracks in the ALC panel wall.The experimental results show that ALC wall panels have good insulation performance and good insulation effect in the construction of EPC expansion school projects,which has application value.
