摘要
文章通过对比试验,探讨了单掺及复掺火山岩粉、粉煤灰对碾压混凝土强度、工作性、干缩变形等性能的影响。研究表明:在相同减水剂掺量和水胶比情况下,单掺火山岩粉相比于粉煤灰试件的胶材用量增大,绝热温升值和干缩变形值增加,后期强度发展缓慢且凝结时间明显缩短,对合理选择碾压混凝土掺合料具有一定指导作用。
The effects of single and compound addition of volcanic rock powder and fly ash on the strength,workability,dry shrinkage and deformation of RCC were studied by comparative tests.The results show that under the same water-reducing agent content and water-binder ratio,compared with fly ash specimens,the amount of adhesive material increased,the adiabatic temperature rise and dry shrinkage deformation value increased,the strength developed slowly in the later stage and the setting time was significantly shortened,which has a certain guiding effect on the reasonable selection of RCC admixture.
