黄河流域水环境治理中企业生态环境保护主体责任问题研究

Research on enterprise ecological environmental protection subject responsibility in water environment governance of Yellow River Basin

黄河是中华文明的发源地,是中华民族的“母亲河”。随着改革开放以来黄河流域工业及相关产业的发展与兴盛,黄河流域水环境污染日益严重。黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展在2019年被列为重大国家战略,宁夏回族自治区在国家生态安全战略格局和生态区位中有着特殊地位。企业作为市场活动的主要参与者,同样也是我国环境污染的最大来源,如何完善和健全企业的环境责任问题承担,对黄河流域保护显得格外重要。

The Yellow River is the birthplace of Chinese civilization and the"Mother River"of the Chinese nation.With the development and prosperity of industry and related industries in the Yellow River Basin since the reform and opening up,water environment pollution in the Yellow River Basin has become increasingly serious.Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin were listed as major national strategies in 2019,and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region holds a special position in the national ecological security strategy and ecological location.As major participants in market activities,enterprises are also the largest source of environmental pollution in China.Therefore,how to improve and perfect the issue of corporate environmental responsibility is particularly important for the protection of the Yellow River Basin.
