河北省矿产资源产业对地区经济社会发展的支撑度研究

Research on the Support Degree of Mineral Resources Industry to Regional Economic and Social Development in Hebei Province

矿产资源产业是河北省重要的支柱产业,为了能够准确分析和判断河北省矿产资源型产业及其产业链对全省经济社会发展的支撑情况,以河北省矿产资源为研究对象,分别分析了河北省矿产资源的开发利用现状、区位商和支撑度,并进一步对河北省矿产资源与地区经济高质量发展之间的耦合协调度进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:河北省已经发展到工业化中期阶段,经济发展对矿产资源的依存度越来越高,资源供应保障能力明显增强;近年来,河北省矿产资源产业链在工业产值和工业利润方面贡献巨大,占比达一半以上,资源经济支撑效果显著,其中矿产加工业和黑色金属矿资源产业链是矿产资源产业链的支柱;全国各地矿产资源与经济高质量发展的协调性逐渐增强,其中河北省矿产资源与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度已到达中级协调状态,位于全国第10位,高于平均水平。总的来看,文章明确了河北省矿产资源对其经济社会发展的支撑情况,研究结果对河北省加强矿产资源管理,促进地区经济社会高质量发展具有积极的指导意义。

The mineral resource industry is an important pillar industry in Hebei Province.In order to accurately analyze and judge the support degree of mineral resource-based industry and its industrial chain to the economic and social development of Hebei Province,this paper takes mineral resources of Hebei Province as the research object,and analyzes the development and utilization status,location factor and support degree of mineral resources in Hebei Province respectively.This paper further studies the coupling coordination degree between mineral resources and high-quality development of regional economy in Hebei Province.The results show that Hebei Province has developed to the middle stage of industrialization,the dependence of economic development on mineral resources is getting higher and higher,and the ability of resource supply guarantee is obviously enhanced.In recent years,the mineral resources industry chain of Hebei Province has made great contributions to industrial output value and industrial profits,accounting for more than half of the total,and the resource economy has a significant supporting effect,among which the processing industry and ferrous metal mineral resources industry are the pillars of the mineral resources industry chain.The coordination between mineral resources and high-quality economic development throughout the country has gradually increased.The coupling coordination degree between mineral resources and high-quality economic development in Hebei Province has reached the intermediate coordination state,ranking 10th in the country,which is higher than the average level.In general,this study has clarified the support of mineral resources in Hebei Province for its economic and social development,and the research results have positive guiding significance for Hebei Province to strengthen the management of mineral resources and promote the high-quality development of regional economy and society.
