思政教育在全国大学生地质技能竞赛中的实践

摘要 近年来,各类专业技能竞赛不仅是评价高校师生综合专业能力的重要指标,也是学科建设评价的重要标准之一,颇受各校重视。以河北地质大学地球科学学院师生参加全国大学生地质技能竞赛为例,主要介绍了学生面对竞赛的思想顾虑,侧重从竞赛初选、培训、赛前三个阶段分别提出相应思政措施,例如培养学生的竞赛热情,提升“想优”意识、培养学生的竞赛技能,强化“争优”意识和培养学生的竞赛状态,树立“取优”意识,为参赛师生在第六届全国大学生地质技能竞赛中取得好成绩提供了思政保障。 In recent years,various professional skill competitions are not only an important indicator to evaluate the comprehensive professional ability of teachers and students in colleges and universities,but also one of the important criteria for the evaluation of discipline construction,which are highly valued by colleges and universities.Taking the teachers and students of the School of Earth Sciences of Hebei GEO University participating in the National College Students′Geological Skill Competition as an example,this paper mainly introduces the students′ideological concerns in the face of the competition,and from the perspective of ideological and political education,constructs measures respectively from the three stages of competition primary selection,training and precompetition,which cultivate students′enthusiasm for competition and enhance their awareness of"wanting to be the best",cultivate their competition skills and strengthen their awareness of"striving for the best",cultivate their competition status and reasonably"select the best".That provides ideological and political guarantee for the participating teachers and students to achieve good results in the Sixth National Geological Skills Competition for college students.
