摘要
针对省级国土空间基础信息平台建设中信息化集成能力不足、业务支撑能力不丰富、数据信息不贯通等问题,本文以江西省为例,按照“统一底图、统一标准、统一规划、统一平台”的建设原则,基于“大中台、微服务、轻应用”的设计理念,打造了江西省自然资源厅统一的集成中心、数据中心和应用中心,建立了面向空间规划、调查监测、政务审批、监管决策的一体化业务支撑体系,打通了部、省、市、县四级数据的互联互通,构建了江西省自然资源厅所有业务系统数据共享交换资源池和交换通道。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient information integration ability,insufficient business support ability and incomplete data information in the construction of provincial land and space basic information platform,this paper takes Jiangxi province as an example and follow the construction principle of"unified base map,unified standard,unified planning,and unified platform".Based on the design concept of"large and medium platform,micro service,and light application",this paper builds a unified integration center,data center and application center of the whole hall,realizes the integrated business support system for spatial planning,investigation and monitoring,government approval and supervision decision-making,and opens up the interconnection of data at the four levels of ministry,province,city and county.The data sharing and exchange resource pool and exchange channel of all business systems in the hall are constructed.
